The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Berk Özcebe's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Reha Bartu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. PoleStarIV's Cevher Alişan was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Reha Bartu in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Tuna Yaslı hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Dino Miranda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Selmi Nebi, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. 11 minutes into the game, LanternGarden's Selmi Nebi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dino Miranda made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Dino Miranda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Selmi Nebi, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Selmi Nebi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 21 minutes into the game, Woodrow Baggett cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Dino Miranda was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When 白明旭 came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the LanternGarden fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 白明旭 couldn't finish the play. Reha Bartu was out of position in the 32 minute of play, and Cevher Alişan capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Cevher Alişan really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. Dino Miranda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 白明旭, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of LanternGarden booed when PoleStarIV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Berk Özcebe didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dino Miranda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Selmi Nebi in the 40th minute of play. After 40 played minutes LanternGarden got a freekick which was hit by Fred Stutz. 白明旭's late challenge caught a PoleStarIV's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. 白明旭 helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to LanternGarden getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. 白明旭 hit a great ball. The supporters of LanternGarden booed when PoleStarIV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wieslaw Bielejewski didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half LanternGarden were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Selmi Nebi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of LanternGarden booed when PoleStarIV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amado Huly didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 54th minute, Anartz Ortiz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. PoleStarIV's Dino Miranda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Woodrow Baggett in the 56th minute of play. LanternGarden's Selmi Nebi got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cevher Alişan in the 64th minute of play forced LanternGarden's goalkeeper Reha Bartu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The PoleStarIV fans' excitement grew in the 67th match minute when PoleStarIV's Cevher Alişan looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 70 minutes, Tuna Yaslı mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the PoleStarIV and the LanternGarden players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of LanternGarden booed when PoleStarIV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tuna Yaslı didn't get a good kick on the ball. 75 minutes into the match, LanternGarden's Selmi Nebi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dino Miranda narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in LanternGarden's zone, Cevher Alişan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Reha Bartu came out of the goal and Cevher Alişan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. PoleStarIV's Dino Miranda proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save PoleStarIV from getting a goal against them. Reha Bartu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cevher Alişan in the 91st minute of the match. When the referee blew the final whistle, PoleStarIV could leave the field as winners, despite LanternGarden having more of the ball for most of the match.
