Trevor Michaud came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Strong Survive's Saul Owens. But to his dismay, Saul Owens quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Zack Stout took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Trevor Michaud. Trevor Michaud dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Trevor Michaud showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zack Stout in the 17th minute of the match. In the 17th match minute, American Top Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sergio Ferris to maneuver through the defense. Tolga Tümkurt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnoldo Short, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. In the 23rd match minute, Strong Survive was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vidar Alegren to maneuver through the defense. American Top Team's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Shawn Ashby in the 27th minute. The corner led American Top Team's Shawn Ashby to fire away a dangerous shot which Tolga Tümkurt despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Trevor Michaud came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Strong Survive's Saul Owens. But to his dismay, Saul Owens quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Strong Survive's Mürsel Lefter managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Sergio Ferris in the 32 minute of the game. The Strong Survive fans' excitement grew in the 33rd match minute when Strong Survive's Saul Owens looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 35th minute, Saul Owens ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Trevor Michaud was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. Saul Owens received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Trevor Michaud tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arnoldo Short's late challenge caught a Strong Survive's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arnoldo Short helped the player get up and apologised. In the 42nd match minute, American Top Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnoldo Short to maneuver through the defense. Trevor Michaud stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Saul Owens's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. The American Top Team players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Strong Survive were winning 0-5.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Arnoldo Short to strike the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Saul Owens in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Trevor Michaud prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A throw-in in the 56th minute of the game was made by Rodrigo Cermak with Vidar Alegren as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saul Owens in the 56th minute of play forced American Top Team's goalkeeper Trevor Michaud to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Strong Survive getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Zack Stout hit a great ball. Tolga Tümkurt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Winford Craig in the 60th minute of the match. A collision led to Strong Survive getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Amadeu Veloso hit a great ball. Saul Owens received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Trevor Michaud tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Strong Survive's Damien Arias was substituted for Monroe Cervantes. In the 74th play minute Saul Owens came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Trevor Michaud. 0-6. Vidar Alegren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Trevor Michaud having to interfere. 87 minutes into the match, Damien Arias dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Trevor Michaud, 0-7. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saul Owens in the 92nd minute of play forced American Top Team's goalkeeper Trevor Michaud to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Strong Survive had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
