The referee ignored Stintino FC's protests and gave Armando Di Massimo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 4th match minute, Stintino FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Armando Di Massimo to maneuver through the defense. In the 5th minute, Giorgos Raftis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Stintino FC booed when FC Bad Company was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Makis Fragopoulos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Stintino FC's Antonello Ranieri proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Stintino FC from getting a goal against them. 38 minutes into the match, FC Bad Company's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Iezzi came free, but Stamatis Bountos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the FC Bad Company defense, Alberto Iezzi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Stamatis Bountos. The FC Bad Company fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Stamatis Bountos should have stopped the shot.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alberto Iezzi to strike the kick off in the second half. Zeledon Inautzi hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. FC Bad Company made a substitution. Alexis Polymerou replaced Giorgos Krontiras. Zeledon Inautzi kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. In the 69th minute Spyros Dimitriou shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antonello Ranieri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Giorgos Raftis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antonello Ranieri having to interfere. FC Bad Company's Minas Nastos was substituted for Spyros Dimitriou. 77 minutes into the match, FC Bad Company's Giorgos Raftis sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Antonello Ranieri narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Minas Nastos came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the FC Bad Company fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Minas Nastos couldn't finish the play. Antonello Ranieri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Giorgos Raftis in the 81st minute of the match. Stintino FC's Alberto Iezzi got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Antonello Ranieri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Minas Nastos, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Stintino FC's Alvise Vittorio was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Stamatis Bountos in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in.
