Kostas Samoladas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Augusto Landero's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. Ilias Seichanidis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miltiadis Prevezanos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Augusto Landero managed to get in a good position for a shot. ΟΦΗ's supporters rose to their feet, but Augusto Landero was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kostas Samoladas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Panthiseiakos's Nikos Kretinos got a free kick in the 27th minute. Augusto Landero really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. After 30 played minutes Panthiseiakos got a freekick which was hit by Nikos Kontodimos. Nasos Papadis received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Kostas Samoladas came out and tried to block the shot, but Nasos Papadis slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 31st minute. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Miltiadis Prevezanos to strike the kick off in the second half. When the match had gone on for 67 minutes, Augusto Landero put it in 7-0 from a short distance just to the right of Kostas Samoladas. Augusto Landero's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kostas Samoladas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. Kostas Samoladas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Augusto Landero's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. 74 minutes into the match, Augusto Landero notched a goal, 8-0, to the right of Panthiseiakos's Kostas Samoladas. Kostas Samoladas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to ΟΦΗ getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Nikos Kanetos hit a great ball. Nasos Papadis took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kostas Samoladas. Kostas Samoladas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 10-0. Kostas Samoladas came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by ΟΦΗ's Augusto Landero. But to his dismay, Augusto Landero quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 11-0. Panthiseiakos's Kostas Samoladas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Augusto Landero in the 89th minute of play. After 94 played minutes Panthiseiakos got a freekick which was hit by Manos Lazarakoglou. When Nasos Papadis came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the ΟΦΗ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nasos Papadis couldn't finish the play. There was no doubt that ΟΦΗ were the better team. ΟΦΗ's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
