After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Rathmore Lime Tree made a substitution. Georges Labarthe replaced Paul-Henri Gayraud. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Karim Cosme to make the kick off. After 75 played minutes Chaponnay FC got a freekick which was hit by Arthur Rannou. When Adil Magaud came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Rathmore Lime Tree fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adil Magaud couldn't finish the play. Chaponnay FC's Arnaud Moyon was substituted for Maxime Lebraud. After a rather tough play, Rathmore Lime Tree's Bilal Hédin got a free kick in the 85th minute. Christophe Reibel kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Rathmore Lime Tree's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
