Panagiotis Kissas made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Valerios Neochoritis sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Lipochσrion FC getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Iraklis Akrivakis hit a great ball. After 14 played minutes Lipochσrion FC got a freekick which was hit by Pantelis Mamidakis. After 15 played minutes FC INTERNAZIONALE MILANO got a freekick which was hit by Christos Christodoulopoulos. Through an outstanding action, after 18 minutes, Panagiotis Kissas successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Panagiotis Kissas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valerios Neochoritis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Theagenis Giannou took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Necat Baysal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 21 played minutes FC INTERNAZIONALE MILANO got a freekick which was hit by Christos Christodoulopoulos. 23 minutes into the match, Lipochσrion FC's goal looked a bit too open when Stasio Lewkowicz came free, but Panagiotis Kissas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aleksander Brzakala's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Theagenis Giannou read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. Necat Baysal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 33rd minute Fotis Melas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Theagenis Giannou saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lipochσrion FC's Panagiotis Kissas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valerios Neochoritis in the 35th minute of play. 39 minutes into the match, FC INTERNAZIONALE MILANO's goal looked a bit too open when Fotis Melas came free, but Theagenis Giannou reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A well-hit corner resulted in Stathis Aggelakos heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Necat Baysal blasted a shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Theagenis Giannou having to make a save. After 48 minutes, Fotis Astaris mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC INTERNAZIONALE MILANO and the Lipochσrion FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After some fancy dribbling in the 49th minute, Emrah Alatay managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lipochσrion FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Emrah Alatay was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Theagenis Giannou breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The wind increased when Fotis Melas made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind FC INTERNAZIONALE MILANO's goalkeeper Theagenis Giannou, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 56 minutes into the game, Stasio Lewkowicz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Panagiotis Kissas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Theagenis Giannou made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fotis Melas in the 59th minute of play. In the 63rd minute of the match, Necat Baysal got a very nice opportunity to score, but Theagenis Giannou was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After having played for 67 minutes, Thanos Agapoulis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lipochσrion FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Thanos Agapoulis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Panagiotis Kissas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stasio Lewkowicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fotis Melas got free with Theagenis Giannou in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 75 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC INTERNAZIONALE MILANO's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Emrah Alatay was slow to take the kick. During this time Lipochσrion FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Lipochσrion FC's Emrah Alatay to fire away a dangerous shot which Theagenis Giannou despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Theagenis Giannou was out of position in the 80 minute of play, and Necat Baysal capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Necat Baysal really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. Fotis Melas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Theagenis Giannou having to interfere. Theagenis Giannou made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fotis Melas in the 85th minute of play. FC INTERNAZIONALE MILANO's Theagenis Giannou proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save FC INTERNAZIONALE MILANO from getting a goal against them. Theagenis Giannou showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fotis Melas in the 88th minute of the match. In the 90th minute, Necat Baysal reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Theagenis Giannou. The goal made the score 1-2. Despite this Theagenis Giannou quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The FC INTERNAZIONALE MILANO supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Lipochσrion FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Lipochσrion FC.
