With an all-out effort, KINGS FC's Walery Balkiewicz threw himself towards the right post 6 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Jānis Blūms, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Leal Simões made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aquilino Cuevas in the 9th minute of play. In the 10th minute Paulo Valadão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Walery Balkiewicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. KINGS FC were awarded a corner in the 12th minute after Los Ángeles de Charlie 2's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Otto Sosa took the corner. The corner led to KINGS FC's Christian Szumlanski getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. 15 minutes in the game Acun Mertkal did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Jānis Blūms. Walery Balkiewicz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jānis Blūms, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Paulo Valadão came free with the goalkeeper in the 23rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Walery Balkiewicz could save by the left post. Paulo Valadão's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Walery Balkiewicz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. Walery Balkiewicz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Paulo Valadão went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Leal Simões made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aquilino Cuevas in the 35th minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, KINGS FC's goal looked a bit too open when Hipolito Laurendi came free, but Leal Simões reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Walery Balkiewicz was a little too slow when Jānis Blūms got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 40th minute. The score was now 2-0. In the 42nd match minute, KINGS FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zoltán Tálas to maneuver through the defense. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Leal Simões made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Hipolito Laurendi sent off a good shot on target. KINGS FC's Leal Simões played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hipolito Laurendi in the 53rd minute of play. Walery Balkiewicz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jānis Blūms, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. A collision led to Los Ángeles de Charlie 2 getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Sergio Cano hit a great ball. Los Ángeles de Charlie 2's Evan Bugelli was substituted for Aquilino Cuevas. KINGS FC made a substitution. Cássio Calçada replaced Jānis Blūms. Sergio Cano kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Truylos Gonzalez in the 72nd minute of play forced KINGS FC's goalkeeper Leal Simões to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 74 minutes into the match, Los Ángeles de Charlie 2's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Valadão came free, but Walery Balkiewicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Los Ángeles de Charlie 2's Evan Bugelli slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Leal Simões. That made the score 2-1 after 77 minutes of play. Los Ángeles de Charlie 2's Guillem Jordan was substituted for Siro Llorienzo. Leal Simões showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evan Bugelli in the 81st minute of the match. 82 minutes into the game, Los Ángeles de Charlie 2's Hipolito Laurendi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leal Simões made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Through an outstanding action, after 90 minutes, Leal Simões successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After some careless play in the KINGS FC defense, Evan Bugelli kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Leal Simões. The KINGS FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leal Simões should have stopped the shot. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Los Ángeles de Charlie 2 eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
