With a couple of smart ball manuevers Artur Senna in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Víctor Valdés saved Calaflores FC. from getting behind. Marta Rey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Barros Cifuentes, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Calaflores FC.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 16th minute, when Artur Senna scored to the left of an out of position Víctor Valdés, making the score, 1-0. Fesport FC's Marta Rey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Coronel Paredes in the 20th minute of play. In the 21st minute Barros Cifuentes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marta Rey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Barros Cifuentes in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marta Rey prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Barros Cifuentes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marta Rey was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. He Chen Yong recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 46th minute, Fesport FC's Aranguiz Mendez seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Aranguiz Mendez the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Fesport FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Aranguiz Mendez had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 46th match minute, Fesport FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aranguiz Mendez to maneuver through the defense. 47 minutes into the match, Fesport FC's goal looked a bit too open when Marcos Zapater came free, but Marta Rey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell He Chen Yong to make the kick off. Manuel Zubiaga could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Marta Rey made a huge save. Marta Rey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Barros Cifuentes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alphonso Davies made in the 64th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Manuel Zubiaga immediately put the ball in play. Fesport FC's Constantino Casado was substituted for Eraldo Vitucci. Marta Rey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Coronel Paredes in the 72nd minute of the match. Fesport FC's Marta Rey proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Fesport FC from getting a goal against them. Coronel Paredes took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marta Rey. Marta Rey dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Fesport FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
