Anfilogino Fantini was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Victorino Bonifaco to make the kick off. Taurino Hernaizs short, quick shot in the 86thth minute got Anfilogino Fantini to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Resistencia Tayrona FC's Stanislav Dvorskiy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rainerio Tassara in the 88th minute of play. Marcos Arbieto took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Stanislav Dvorskiy. Stanislav Dvorskiy dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Ospetsu Villagarcia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Anfilogino Fantini made a huge save. Anfilogino Fantini made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ospetsu Villagarcia in the 94th minute of play. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
