Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Inocencio Añasco in the 50th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Everardo Ado prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Inocencio Añasco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Everardo Ado having to interfere. With a little luck, Mariachi FC's Anfilogino Fantini got control of the ball when Sarracino Agurto tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Sarracino Agurto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jose Solorzano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Everardo Ado having to interfere. 91 minutes into the game, Algarrobo's Jimeno Carrera nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Anfilogino Fantini made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Jimeno Carrera kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Algarrobo eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
