An unexpectedly hard shot by Xacobo Barroso in the 7th minute of play forced Hogwarts's goalkeeper Texeira Adan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Texeira Adan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xalvador Mac Kenney, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. After 17 minutes of play, Hogwarts's Adrian Oces made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nicodemo Recalde was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, VILLANUEVA FC's Xacobo Barroso got a free kick in the 24th minute. In the 32nd minute, Jorge Vicente Soler left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The VILLANUEVA FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. 36 minutes into the match, Hogwarts's goal looked a bit too open when Xacobo Barroso came free, but Texeira Adan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hogwarts's Texeira Adan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorge Vicente Soler in the 42nd minute of play. If Xalvador Mac Kenney had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Tercero Moraina kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. 53 minutes into the match, Marcel Blanco had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Texeira Adan. Hogwarts's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marcel Blanco was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Texeira Adan made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Marcel Blanco sent off a good shot on target. Texeira Adan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jorge Vicente Soler, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marcel Blanco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 63rd minute Xalvador Mac Kenney shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Texeira Adan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With 64 minutes on the clock, Tercero Moraina commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 64th minute of the game. One of Hogwarts:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of VILLANUEVA FC:s goal. Xacobo Barroso placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Texeira Adan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Xalvador Mac Kenney's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. After 78 minutes, Xalvador Mac Kenney made it 1-3 with a short kick to the right side. Hogwarts's Texeira Adan tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 81 minutes, Csaba Tar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hogwarts and the VILLANUEVA FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 81st minute, Csaba Tar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Xalvador Mac Kenney kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Texeira Adan. That made the score 1-5 in the 96 minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. VILLANUEVA FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
