Benvide Lebrija recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gaitano Valdovinos came free with the goalkeeper in the 19th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Bazkoare Respaldiza could save by the left post. Laion Social Club's Bazkoare Respaldiza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dino Scapini in the 22nd minute of play. If Benvide Lebrija had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benvide Lebrija in the 25th minute of play forced Cobresal's goalkeeper Horacio Jesus Urruticoechea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Horacio Jesus Urruticoechea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benvide Lebrija, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. After taking down the ball on Laion Social Club's corner Benjamin Friend fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Horacio Jesus Urruticoechea quite easily take care of the ball. The supporters of Cobresal booed when Laion Social Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miguel Cordon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Benvide Lebrija blasted a shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Horacio Jesus Urruticoechea having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benvide Lebrija in the 34th minute of play forced Cobresal's goalkeeper Horacio Jesus Urruticoechea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Horacio Jesus Urruticoechea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benvide Lebrija in the 35th minute of the match. Bazkoare Respaldiza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dino Scapini, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Benvide Lebrija might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Horacio Jesus Urruticoechea. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Benvide Lebrija ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 42nd minute, Octavio Bourchier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tümer Hünkar in the 43rd minute of play forced Cobresal's goalkeeper Horacio Jesus Urruticoechea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Cobresal players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Laion Social Club were winning 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Benvide Lebrija to strike the kick off in the second half. Nunez Gipuzkoa kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Benvide Lebrija received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Horacio Jesus Urruticoechea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bazkoare Respaldiza came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Cobresal's Gregorio Quintero. But to his dismay, Gregorio Quintero quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Laion Social Club were furious when Otsoko Cubas was red carded, 63 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 63rd match minute, Laion Social Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Otsoko Cubas to maneuver through the defense. Bazkoare Respaldiza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaitano Valdovinos in the 68th minute of the match. Horacio Jesus Urruticoechea made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Benvide Lebrija sent off a good shot on target. With his leg Horacio Jesus Urruticoechea managed to avoid a goal in the 71stth minute, when Laion Social Club's Benvide Lebrija fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Cobresal's Kenny McCormick was substituted for Danilo Diaz de Valdes. Cobresal's Andolín Duvauchelle was substituted for Gaitano Valdovinos. The supporters of Laion Social Club booed when Cobresal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nunez Gipuzkoa didn't get a good kick on the ball.
