A collision led to Deportivo Peñarol FIFV getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Zhang Cheng Ping hit a great ball. Petru Nisporeanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Placido Villar in the 21st minute of play. In the 25th minute Lander Valladares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petru Nisporeanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Peñarol FIFV's Cortez Morera got a free kick in the 29th minute. Lander Valladares who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 33rdth minute tested the skills of Petru Nisporeanu when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 45th minute, Liu Yan Yan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Deportivo Peñarol FIFV fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After the first half Deportivo Peñarol FIFV were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Örjan Forssell stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 60 played minutes Deportivo Peñarol FIFV got a freekick which was hit by Shao Fan. Placido Villar blasted a shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Petru Nisporeanu having to make a save. Mauricio Guadalupe took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Baiarte Cazares. Baiarte Cazares dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. When Mazuste Quizan fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored alianza all stars's protests and gave Mazuste Quizan a yellow card for diving instead. alianza all stars's Baiarte Cazares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Örjan Forssell in the 76th minute of play. If Lander Valladares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the last second Baiarte Cazares throw himself and got hold of the ball when Örjan Forssell in the 84thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Deportivo Peñarol FIFV were awarded a corner in the 85th minute after alianza all stars's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Liu Yan Yan took the corner. After taking down the ball on Deportivo Peñarol FIFV's corner Liu Yan Yan fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Baiarte Cazares quite easily take care of the ball. After 87 played minutes Örjan Forssell rounded alianza all stars's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-3. Beila Gatica hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. 91 minutes into the game, Mauricio Guadalupe recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Baiarte Cazares. Deportivo Peñarol FIFV's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
