Spectators: 159 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) TZILACATZIN's Daniel Cabrera started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, Daniel Cabrera had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonatan Parrau. Copaquire's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Daniel Cabrera was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Daniel Cabrera's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonatan Parrau read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. 10 minutes had been played when some careless play by Copaquire's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Birger Jespersson was slow to take the kick. During this time TZILACATZIN's players had a chance to rest. A well done corner resulted in Albino Calisto drilling the ball in to score 0-2 behind Copaquire's goalkeeper. After 12 played minutes Copaquire got a freekick which was hit by Mario Lemos. When Daniel Cabrera came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the TZILACATZIN fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Cabrera couldn't finish the play. Daniel Cabrera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Daniel Cabrera might have been able to make a better finish in the 16th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonatan Parrau. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Daniel Cabrera ran back to his position shaking his head. 18 minutes into the game, Mario Lemos threw the ball into play from the sideline. TZILACATZIN's Albino Calisto quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind Copaquire's goalkeeper Jonatan Parrau, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 29th minute, Mario Lemos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Daniel Cabrera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jonatan Parrau showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Cabrera in the 31st minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eleazar Canío during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lorenzo Celedón in the 52nd minute of play forced TZILACATZIN's goalkeeper Edinho Lira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 52nd minute, Mario Lemos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Cabrera got free with Jonatan Parrau in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Daniel Cabrera in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonatan Parrau saved Copaquire from getting behind. If Daniel Cabrera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 66 minutes into the match, Copaquire's goalkeeper Jonatan Parrau had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Cabrera. In the 67th minute Victoriano Distiratsu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonatan Parrau saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. TZILACATZIN's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Birger Jespersson in the 70th minute. After taking down the ball on TZILACATZIN's corner Birger Jespersson fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jonatan Parrau quite easily take care of the ball. 72 minutes had been played when some careless play by Copaquire's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Birger Jespersson was slow to take the kick. During this time TZILACATZIN's players had a chance to rest. When Homero Thomson came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the TZILACATZIN fans jumped to their feet. In the 81st minute Homero Thomson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonatan Parrau saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 83rd minute of the game, Homero Thomson landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. When Echedey Orozco fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Copaquire's protests and gave Echedey Orozco a yellow card for diving instead. TZILACATZIN made a substitution. Salvadore González replaced Homero Thomson. In the 83rd minute, one of Copaquire:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Copaquire. 91 minutes in the game Mario Lemos did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Lorenzo Celedón. In the 95th minute, Mario Lemos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Copaquire's zone, Salvadore González stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonatan Parrau came out of the goal and Salvadore González tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
