Dirk Trucco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victor Linares having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roy Roger in the 55th minute of play forced Neuros och Psykos's goalkeeper Victor Linares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee ignored Aero Björndalen's protests and gave Tommy Björkdahl a yellow card for diving instead.
