After 5 played minutes Blågula Fantomer FF got a freekick which was hit by Gustaf Nordström. In the 7th minute, Svante Rydberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Blågula Fantomer FF's Gabriel Jönsson in the 8th minute got a chance for a shot 8th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Kumla's goalie prevented a goal. Paraskevas Papandreou came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Blågula Fantomer FF's Gabriel Jönsson. But to his dismay, Gabriel Jönsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Kumla's Paraskevas Papandreou played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lech Warka in the 20th minute of play. The Blågula Fantomer FF fans' excitement grew in the 20th match minute when Blågula Fantomer FF's Gabriel Jönsson looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 23rdth minute of the game Gabriel Jönsson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kumla's Paraskevas Papandreou was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Lech Warka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Paraskevas Papandreou didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gabriel Jönsson went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Paraskevas Papandreou showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gabriel Jönsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. A collision led to Kumla getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Hans Jakobsson hit a great ball. In the 34th minute Gabriel Jönsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paraskevas Papandreou saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Blågula Fantomer FF booed when Kumla was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sven-Åke Martinsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Gabriel Jönsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lech Warka in the 41st minute of play forced Kumla's goalkeeper Paraskevas Papandreou to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gabriel Jönsson in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Paraskevas Papandreou saved Kumla from getting behind. If Alf Blomberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Rickard Johnsson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Paraskevas Papandreou was relentless in the 45th minute of the game. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

Gabriel Jönssons short, quick shot in the 54thth minute got Paraskevas Papandreou to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 56 minutes into the game, Blågula Fantomer FF's Gabriel Jönsson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Paraskevas Papandreou made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. If Rickard Johnsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 60 minutes into the game, Blågula Fantomer FF's Gabriel Jönsson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Paraskevas Papandreou made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. After 63 minutes, Staffan Ros mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Blågula Fantomer FF and the Kumla players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Blågula Fantomer FF getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Staffan Ros hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gabriel Jönsson in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Paraskevas Papandreou prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 68th minute, Gabriel Jönsson reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Paraskevas Papandreou. The goal made the score 0-7. Tony Guimarães showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christoff Van Bets, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Gabriel Jönsson kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Paraskevas Papandreou. That made the score 0-8 in the 72 minute of play. The Blågula Fantomer FF fans' excitement grew in the 81st match minute when Blågula Fantomer FF's Lech Warka looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-10 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 85th minute, Blågula Fantomer FF's Gabriel Jönsson dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-11. Paraskevas Papandreou didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Blågula Fantomer FF's Gabriel Jönsson shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-12 in the ordered_time% minute. After some careless play in the Kumla defense, Lech Warka kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Paraskevas Papandreou. The Kumla fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Paraskevas Papandreou should have stopped the shot. Blågula Fantomer FF's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
