After a defensive mix-up in Gnuville BK's zone, Sten Pil stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Johannes Söderström came out of the goal and Sten Pil tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Gnuville BK's Johannes Söderström got control of the ball when Witomir Naujasodis tried to sneak it across the goal line. Torgny Fernström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Torgny Fernström's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Johannes Söderström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. Monia&Ibrahim's Marcus Sjöö played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vidar Ödmann in the 15th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Monia&Ibrahim's Rich Lester got a free kick in the 17th minute. Gnuville BK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 20th minute, when Torgny Fernström scored to the left of an out of position Johannes Söderström, making the score, 1-0. Marcus Sjöö showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Niklas Bröms, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. When Monia&Ibrahim's Jan-Åke Johnsson in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The goal made the score 2-0. 39 minutes into the match, Gnuville BK's goal looked a bit too open when Samuel Dusett came free, but Johannes Söderström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 40 minutes, Sten Pil managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Monia&Ibrahim's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sten Pil was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gnuville BK's Johannes Söderström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Witomir Naujasodis in the 44th minute of play.

If Sten Pil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sten Pil kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Johannes Söderström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Torgny Fernström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Axel Abrahamsson hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Torgny Bergfeldt got free with Marcus Sjöö in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Samuel Dusett fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Johannes Söderström having to interfere. Harry Berg hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Torgny Fernström struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Johannes Söderström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Monia&Ibrahim. Samuel Dusett's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Johannes Söderström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. George Drake sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Gnuville BK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Monia&Ibrahim the free kick. In the 94th minute, Axel Abrahamsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Monia&Ibrahim had won after a very even match.
