Jesper Blomberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Ted, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Miguel Baumer took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jesper Blomberg. Jesper Blomberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 15 minutes into the game, FC GILSAA's Torkild Skøt nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jesper Blomberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. After a rather tough play, FC GILSAA's Lucrețiu Dorineanu got a free kick in the 17th minute. In the 27th minute Jonathan Claris shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jesper Blomberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Flogo FF's Jesper Blomberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonathan Claris in the 29th minute of play. In the 36th minute Håvard Kvalø shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cenk Senih saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cenk Senih made an important save on a dangerous shot by Finn-Christian Schei in the 38th minute. Cenk Senih made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Kent Sakshaug sent off a good shot on target. In the 44th minute the ball was on its way in behind Flogo FF's goalkeeper Jesper Blomberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jesper Blomberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Ted in the 48th minute of play. The Flogo FF players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC GILSAA were winning 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cristian Ted was the one to do the kick off. Marius Moldskred kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. FC GILSAA's Hans Smitt got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 54th minute, Sigve Berland hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cenk Senih made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Finn-Christian Schei in the 58th minute of play. Miguel Baumer's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Jesper Blomberg firmly grabbed it by the left post. Jesper Blomberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Ted, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. A collision led to Flogo FF getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Christian Butt hit a great ball. FC GILSAA's Hagbart Mølsgaard was substituted for Jonathan Claris. Lucrețiu Dorineanu kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. When Flogo FF's Finn-Christian Schei in the 73rd minute got a chance for a shot 73rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Peder Haaby kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. When Finn-Christian Schei came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Flogo FF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Finn-Christian Schei couldn't finish the play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. FC GILSAA walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
