Elpidio Francis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Bernardino Mark made a huge save. Bernardino Mark was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Elpidio Francis showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 3 minute of play. 9 minutes into the match, LA IMPRENTA's goalkeeper Bernardino Mark had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Elpidio Francis. Branislav Velchevski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ricardo Bertoni in the 15th minute of the match. In the 16th minute, Elpidio Francis reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Bernardino Mark. The goal made the score 2-0. 20 minutes into the match, Elpidio Francis dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Bernardino Mark, 3-0. Branislav Velchevski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ricardo Bertoni in the 29th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Elpidio Francis managed to get in a good position for a shot. ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's supporters rose to their feet, but Elpidio Francis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bernardino Mark breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 33 minutes, Arild Berdal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the LA IMPRENTA and the ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 33 played minutes LA IMPRENTA got a freekick which was hit by Arild Berdal. 35 minutes into the game, Elpidio Francis cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Bernardino Mark was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 41stth minute of the game Elpidio Francis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but LA IMPRENTA's Bernardino Mark was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Elpidio Francis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Elpidio Francis was the one to do the kick off. After some careless play in the LA IMPRENTA defense, Elpidio Francis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bernardino Mark. The LA IMPRENTA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bernardino Mark should have stopped the shot. ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's Branislav Velchevski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA from getting a goal against them. LA IMPRENTA's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Liu Chang Hong in the 59th minute. 60 minutes into the match, LA IMPRENTA's goal looked a bit too open when Elpidio Francis came free, but Bernardino Mark reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bernardino Mark showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elpidio Francis in the 62nd minute of the match. ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's Branislav Velchevski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bruno Sepúlveda in the 63rd minute of play. In the 66th minute, Elpidio Francis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. Branislav Velchevski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elpidio Espiridion in the 77th minute of the match. After 79 minutes ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Liu Chang Hong who took care of the corner kick. The corner led LA IMPRENTA's Liu Chang Hong to fire away a dangerous shot which Branislav Velchevski despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Bernardino Mark made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafael Dalmu in the 86th minute of play. After 88 minutes LA IMPRENTA's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Petrică Măcriș who took care of the corner kick. André Monclús fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernardino Mark having to interfere. In the 94th minute, André Monclús ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bernardino Mark was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0.
