C.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 14th minute, when Paulo Eguen scored to the left of an out of position Aristides Iztal, making the score, 1-0. GangsTaz F. C.'s Aristides Iztal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulo Eguen in the 26th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in GangsTaz F. C.'s zone, Paulo Eguen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aristides Iztal came out of the goal and Paulo Eguen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Lajos Tímár had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Paulo Eguen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aristides Iztal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. In the 43rd minute of the match MORPH got a corner. GangsTaz F. C.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Anastasio Lluques ran over to the corner to take the kick. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lajos Tímár stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Teo Paez hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match.
