An unexpectedly hard shot by Verner Sundström in the 4th minute of play forced Club Atletico Los Andes's goalkeeper Dochko Rodev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 15th minute Los Podridos ll were awarded a corner. Filiberto Erramu went to the cornerflag to take it. 16 minutes into the game, Tomáš Lamačka was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Atletico Los Andes's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Los Podridos ll the free kick. In the 23rd minute Hugo Iratze suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Tomáš Lamačka got his second yellow card in the match during the 23rd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, Club Atletico Los Andes's Tomáš Lamačka got a free kick in the 25th minute. Natanael Vives struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Dochko Rodev didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los Podridos ll. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kaj Skager during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Kaj Skager kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Natanael Vives's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 30thth minute, Dochko Rodev skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Dochko Rodev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Verner Sundström in the 32nd minute of the match. A collision led to Club Atletico Los Andes getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Montrell Abeita hit a great ball. 38 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Los Andes's goal looked a bit too open when Fulgencio Bilintx came free, but Dochko Rodev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dochko Rodev made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Verner Sundström sent off a good shot on target. Dochko Rodev was a little too slow when Natanael Vives got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 47th minute. The score was now 2-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Montrell Abeita to make the kick off. A collision led to Club Atletico Los Andes getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Kaj Skager hit a great ball. Dochko Rodev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Verner Sundström, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Club Atletico Los Andes's Dochko Rodev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Natanael Vives in the 62nd minute of play. In the 64th minute Verner Sundström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dochko Rodev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fulgencio Bilintx in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dochko Rodev saved Club Atletico Los Andes from getting behind. Los Podridos ll's Leandro Dunixi was substituted for Verner Sundström. In the 72nd minute, one of Club Atletico Los Andes:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Club Atletico Los Andes. In the 75th minute there was a penalty for Los Podridos ll. Filiberto Erramu stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Dochko Rodev. 3-0. In the 80th minute Kaj Skager shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Omar Falleto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dochko Rodev came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Los Podridos ll's Fulgencio Bilintx. But to his dismay, Fulgencio Bilintx quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Club Atletico Los Andes made a substitution. Donald Trump replaced Fabio Peli. Club Atletico Los Andes's Steven Garner-Currie was substituted for Jonas Marcos. Dochko Rodev didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leandro Dunixi went, in the 99th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. When the referee ended the match the Los Podridos ll players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
