The audience thought a goal was coming when Gilberto Nayely got free with Delmiro Dominic in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 13 minutes had been played when some careless play by C.A Huracan's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Eleuterio Gagriel was slow to take the kick. During this time Punk Fiction's players had a chance to rest. Elpidio Chap made a great header on Punk Fiction's corner, it was just that C.A Huracan's Delmiro Dominic managed to reach the ball for a save. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Delmiro Dominic prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 64 minutes into the match, Punk Fiction's goal looked a bit too open when Timoteo Machado came free, but Amado Jordão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Gilberto Nayely had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. C.A Huracan made a substitution. Dave Basso replaced Timoteo Machado. In the 79th minute, C.A Huracan's Dave Basso dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. In the 85th minute Dave Basso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amado Jordão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eleuterio Gagriel ran over to the corner to take the kick. Elpidio Chap was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. C.A Huracan were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
