That made the score 1-0 in the 3 minute of play. Karl-Michael Melander received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Leandro Munio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. David Hulberto made in the 9th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by C.A.M.P's Christian Romero. In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind C.A.M.P's goalkeeper José Miguel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The corner led Bermejo Club's King Nanuk to fire away a dangerous shot which José Miguel despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. José Miguel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johan Kiewit in the 19th minute of play. In the 22nd minute of the match Bermejo Club got a corner. C.A.M.P's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Feliberto Tauro ran over to the corner to take the kick. After 27 minutes C.A.M.P's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Feliberto Tauro who took care of the corner kick. In the 29th minute, Johan Kiewit got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Bermejo Club getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Ruperto Theobald hit a great ball. When Karl-Michael Melander came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the C.A.M.P fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Karl-Michael Melander couldn't finish the play. In the 38thth minute of the game Johan Kiewit who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but C.A.M.P's José Miguel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 42nd minute, Johan Kiewit ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. José Miguel was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 45th minute, Johan Kiewit got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.
