In the 25th minute, Amarante Sierra ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. José Miguel was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. José Chilavert made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karl-Michael Melander in the 27th minute of play. The supporters of C.A.M.P booed when Catarinense F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fernando Gabirel didn't get a good kick on the ball. C.A.M.P's Karl-Michael Melander got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 40 minutes into the match, Catarinense F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Benedykt Pyrzyce came free, but José Chilavert reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Karl-Michael Melander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Catarinense F.C. made a substitution. Severino Furman replaced Gernando Cordeiro. 53 minutes into the match, C.A.M.P's goal looked a bit too open when Amarante Sierra came free, but José Miguel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Catarinense F.C.'s Severino Furman managed to work through C.A.M.P's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Severino Furman dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. José Miguel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amarante Sierra in the 62nd minute of the match. C.A.M.P made a substitution. Gilberto Romero replaced Karl-Michael Melander. C.A.M.P's Matia Sule was substituted for Dani Caceres. Victor Kauldi made in the 82nd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Amarante Sierra immediately put the ball in play. José Miguel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Severino Furman, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. 86 minutes into the match, Catarinense F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Benedykt Pyrzyce came free, but José Chilavert reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 87 minutes into the game, Rock Beech was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. C.A.M.P's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Catarinense F.C. the free kick. Rock Beech kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. The supporters of C.A.M.P booed when Catarinense F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amarante Sierra didn't get a good kick on the ball. Catarinense F.C. were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of C.A.M.P for a fine match.
