Rudolf Meulman came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Stone City's Pavel Balc. But to his dismay, Pavel Balc quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Dragomir Marchovski came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Olimpo de Bahia Blanca's Pranas Užkuraitis. But to his dismay, Pranas Užkuraitis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Israel Rosio's late challenge caught a Stone City's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Israel Rosio helped the player get up and apologised. Israel Rosio kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. The supporters of Stone City booed when Olimpo de Bahia Blanca was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luisito Nesor didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 18th minute, Pavel Balc ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rudolf Meulman was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Dragomir Marchovski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pranas Užkuraitis in the 23rd minute of play. Stone City's attentive Lucho Cal managed to snatch the ball when Israel Rosio made a throw-in in the 24th minute of the game. Pavel Balc's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rudolf Meulman read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. 35 minutes into the match, Stone City's goal looked a bit too open when Pranas Užkuraitis came free, but Dragomir Marchovski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dragomir Marchovski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pranas Užkuraitis, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Olimpo de Bahia Blanca's goalkeeper Rudolf Meulman, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Olimpo de Bahia Blanca getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Israel Rosio hit a great ball. The throw-in from Israel Rosio in the 44th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Stone City's Lucho Cal. Pavel Balc sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Pranas Užkuraitis to make the kick off. Rudolf Meulman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pavel Balc in the 54th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pranas Užkuraitis in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dragomir Marchovski saved Stone City from getting behind. Rudolf Meulman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pavel Balc, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Stone City made a substitution. Leon Matthäus replaced Pavel Balc. After 63 minutes Stone City's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tommi Valkama who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Olimpo de Bahia Blanca's Arjen Robben to fire away a dangerous shot which Dragomir Marchovski despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Arjen Robben could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Dragomir Marchovski made a huge save. The supporters of Stone City booed when Olimpo de Bahia Blanca was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Israel Rosio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Stone City's Amanda Ingesson was substituted for Chu Wen Le. Stone City's Cristián Ronaldo was substituted for Derek Yu. Israel Rosio made in the 78th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Arjen Robben. Rudolf Meulman didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leon Matthäus went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. Stone City's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
