With a little luck, Keyes's Wit Literski got control of the ball when Mikolaj Falkowski tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ulryk Marajda's late challenge caught a DOJLIDY's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. When Mikolaj Falkowski fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored DOJLIDY's protests and gave Mikolaj Falkowski a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to DOJLIDY getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Mikolaj Falkowski hit a great ball. During the 22nd minute of the match Mikolaj Falkowski completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Mikolaj Falkowski a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The supporters of Keyes booed when DOJLIDY was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mikolaj Falkowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leon Turok showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bartlomiej Pleban, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Wit Literski came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by DOJLIDY's Grzegorz Gumaro. But to his dismay, Grzegorz Gumaro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tolek Jaworski in the 32nd minute of play forced Keyes's goalkeeper Wit Literski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bernard Gotfryd recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Leon Turok showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bartlomiej Pleban in the 39th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tolek Jaworski in the 43rd minute of play forced Keyes's goalkeeper Wit Literski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The DOJLIDY fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leon Turok should have stopped the shot. Keyes's Wit Literski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tolek Jaworski in the 79th minute of play. DOJLIDY's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Tolek Jaworski in the 80th minute.
