Donato Goiz scored 0-2 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Łukasz Fabiański, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Cristiano Bucciarelli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sánchez Castruita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Prisma Fiorenzuola's Donato Goiz made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Łukasz Fabiański was left in no man's land by his defense there! Donato Goiz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Łukasz Fabiański read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. 47 minutes into the match, G.S. Prisma Fiorenzuola's Rafael Leão sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Łukasz Fabiański narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
