Metolokos MZ Clube's Emílio de Alcântara got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eurico Botelho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adrian Våleman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Peter Linkhorst in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eurico Botelho saved Metolokos MZ Clube from getting behind. Patrick Armstrong made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luiz Guilherme Velasco in the 33rd minute. Robert Ununger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Eurico Botelho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thorbjörn Olerius, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. After the first half ManagerZone Crew were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After a rather tough play, Metolokos MZ Clube's Zé Baptista got a free kick in the 55th minute. The nice shot from Peter Linkhorst in the 56thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Eurico Botelho had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. In a very dangerous position, a player in Metolokos MZ Clube fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 58th minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 59 minutes, ManagerZone Crew's Adrian Våleman got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Eurico Botelho. If Peter Linkhorst had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. Eurico Botelho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peter Linkhorst in the 70th minute of play. In the 74th match minute, Metolokos MZ Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emílio de Alcântara to maneuver through the defense. Eurico Botelho was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Thorbjörn Olerius showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 75 minute of play. 83 minutes into the match, ManagerZone Crew's Thorbjörn Olerius sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eurico Botelho narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 84th minute, Adrian Våleman fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Zé Baptista charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zé Baptista the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When the match had gone on for 88 minutes, Thorbjörn Olerius took a quick shot and it went in 0-6 without a chance for Eurico Botelho to make any attempt to save it. After a defensive mix-up in Metolokos MZ Clube's zone, Marcus Majewski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eurico Botelho came out of the goal and Marcus Majewski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Metolokos MZ Clube booed when ManagerZone Crew was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Peter Linkhorst didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 94 played minutes ManagerZone Crew got a freekick which was hit by Robert Ununger. The Metolokos MZ Clube supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching ManagerZone Crew's performance. The match ended with a win for ManagerZone Crew.
