Kurt Ekberg made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Dwight Schrute sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, IFK Gladdarna's Cam Bahč got a free kick in the 6th minute. With his leg Kurt Ekberg managed to avoid a goal in the 9thth minute, when Flashdynamica's Dwight Schrute fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 9 played minutes IFK Gladdarna got a freekick which was hit by Adrián Serena. Flashdynamica's Meindert Janus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eugeniusz Cichewski in the 13th minute of play. Dwight Schrute could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Kurt Ekberg made a huge save. Xavi Simons sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kurt Ekberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michael Scott, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Emil Trulsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dwight Schrute who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 27thth minute tested the skills of Kurt Ekberg when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 31 minutes into the match, IFK Gladdarna's goalkeeper Kurt Ekberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Carel Kolman. IFK Gladdarna's Kurt Ekberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save IFK Gladdarna from getting a goal against them. In the 34th minute, Adrián Serena hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Meindert Janus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emil Trulsson in the 36th minute of play. After 38th play minutes Dwight Schrute shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Kurt Ekberg and just under the crossbar into goal. Kurt Ekberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dwight Schrute in the 41st minute. Flashdynamica's Carel Kolman got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 46th minute, Cam Bahč got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dwight Schrute to make the kick off. Kurt Ekberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michael Scott, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Flashdynamica's Meindert Janus proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Flashdynamica from getting a goal against them. The audience was convinced that Dwight Schrute's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kurt Ekberg was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. IFK Gladdarna's Martin Sundin was substituted for Emil Trulsson. After 71 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for IFK Gladdarna! Michael Scott shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. After 77 played minutes IFK Gladdarna got a freekick which was hit by Cam Bahč. In the 78thth minute of the game Dwight Schrute who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but IFK Gladdarna's Kurt Ekberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jakob Koch struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Meindert Janus didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for IFK Gladdarna. In the 81st minute, Berend Rooze hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Through an outstanding action, after 81 minutes, Meindert Janus successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 84 minutes into the game, Adrián Serena was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. IFK Gladdarna's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Flashdynamica the free kick. Conny Olsson kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. In the 88th minute of the match Edgard Veldkamp shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kurt Ekberg showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Meindert Janus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jakob Koch, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. In the 90th minute, Gert Jan Lyesen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 92ndth minute of the game Dwight Schrute who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but IFK Gladdarna's Kurt Ekberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jakob Koch in the 99th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Meindert Janus saved Flashdynamica from getting behind. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Flashdynamica were victorious despite being under pressure from IFK Gladdarna for much of the match.
