Zielonka Gdansk's Jan Tomaszewski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Zielonka Gdansk from getting a goal against them. 14 minutes into the match, DINAMO's goal looked a bit too open when Leszek Falke came free, but Ysmael Marfil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 16th match minute, DINAMO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Moise Vlădean to maneuver through the defense. Zielonka Gdansk's Jan Tomaszewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ryszard Borcz in the 18th minute of play. Zielonka Gdansk's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
