Betão Catarinense hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eliézer Cavalcante in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zbyszko Leper saved BYDGOSTIA from getting behind. After 9 played minutes BYDGOSTIA got a freekick which was hit by Jairo Estrela. Zbyszko Leper made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eliézer Cavalcante in the 10th minute of play. Zbyszko Leper showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliézer Cavalcante in the 15th minute of the match. When Olgierd Kowalski fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BYDGOSTIA's protests and gave Olgierd Kowalski a yellow card for diving instead. After 30 played minutes BYDGOSTIA got a freekick which was hit by Olgierd Kowalski. In the 33rd minute Eliézer Cavalcante shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zbyszko Leper saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. BYDGOSTIA's attentive Emil Piesciuk managed to snatch the ball when Betão Catarinense made a throw-in in the 36th minute of the game. The supporters of BYDGOSTIA booed when Divina Comédia FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luisito Pistolelis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zhuang Shi Ting took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariusz Warka, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 47 played minutes BYDGOSTIA got a freekick which was hit by Fabio-Roman Cannavaro. BYDGOSTIA's Zbyszko Leper played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan França in the 49th minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Olgierd Kowalski made the kick off in the second half. Olgierd Kowalski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 71stth minute of the game Eliézer Cavalcante who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but BYDGOSTIA's Zbyszko Leper was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 98th minute, Yu Ran Fan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The BYDGOSTIA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. BYDGOSTIA's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
