An unexpectedly hard shot by Stelian Murgu in the 39th minute of play forced Deportivo Pucho's goalkeeper Oliver Can to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Gong Qi Fan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg Nils Elmhuus managed to avoid a goal in the 45thth minute, when Deportivo Pucho's Östen Stor fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Östen Stor did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised Nils Elmhuus 45 minutes into the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Deportivo Pucho's Inocencio Patxi was substituted for Timoteo Eneko. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gong Qi Fan was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute of the match, Stelian Murgu tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Oliver Can saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Oliver Can was a little too slow when Gong Qi Fan got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 56th minute. The score was now 2-1. 59 minutes into the match, Deportivo Pucho's goalkeeper Oliver Can had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gong Qi Fan. In the 60th minute of the match Playa Malvín got a corner. Deportivo Pucho's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Stelian Murgu ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Playa Malvín's Gamus Rocha to fire away a dangerous shot which Oliver Can despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Nils Elmhuus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Madruga in the 62nd minute of play. In the 69th minute Gong Qi Fan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oliver Can saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nils Elmhuus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miguel Madruga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Oliver Can made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Gong Qi Fan sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as Playa Malvín's Gong Qi Fan slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Oliver Can. That made the score 2-2 after 80 minutes of play. Playa Malvín made a substitution. Sandu Mândrilă replaced Joel Wigghers. Delmar Jerico made in the 86th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Playa Malvín's Gamus Rocha. Deportivo Pucho's Oliver Can proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Deportivo Pucho from getting a goal against them. When Deportivo Pucho's Miguel Madruga in the 90th minute got a chance for a shot 90th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Playa Malvín's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Deportivo Pucho getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Archie Litchfield hit a great ball. In the 94th minute, Quinto Ampudia made a precise shot to the right of Oliver Can. Deportivo Pucho's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. Chants of Playa Malvín echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Deportivo Pucho had held the ball for most of the match.
