Witold Gotfryd could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Jerônimo Maranhense made a huge save. A collision led to OS IMPOSSIVEIS getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Lauro de Medeiros hit a great ball. Jerônimo Maranhense made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Witold Gotfryd in the 11th minute of play. Nitra FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Charles Pimenta in the 14th minute. Nicky Williamson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Williams Ferrari in the 21st minute of the match. Jerônimo Maranhense showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Witold Gotfryd, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. In the 31st minute, OS IMPOSSIVEIS's Witold Gotfryd dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Jerônimo Maranhense was annoyed at himself for letting in the shot. In the 43rd minute, Witold Gotfryd hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Witold Gotfryd stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. OS IMPOSSIVEIS's Nicky Williamson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 50th minute of the match, managed to save OS IMPOSSIVEIS from getting a goal against them. OS IMPOSSIVEIS's Lucas Lopez got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jerônimo Maranhense made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Witold Gotfryd in the 62nd minute of play. Charles Pimenta kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Nitra FC defense, Witold Gotfryd kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jerônimo Maranhense. The Nitra FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jerônimo Maranhense should have stopped the shot. OS IMPOSSIVEIS's Dedé de Toledo was substituted for Witold Gotfryd. The supporters of Nitra FC booed when OS IMPOSSIVEIS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucas Lopez didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 76th minute, Pedrinho Castro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 88th minute of the match OS IMPOSSIVEIS got a corner. Nitra FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Lucas Lopez ran over to the corner to take the kick. OS IMPOSSIVEIS's Lucas Lopez was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jerônimo Maranhense in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. For all the effort they put into the match, the Nitra FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for OS IMPOSSIVEIS.
