Here Comes the Hammer's supporters rose to their feet, but Carlinhos Félix was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kristiaan Van de Velde breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 8th minute Edgard Armentier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valter Klack saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carlinhos Félix might have been able to make a better finish in the 11th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kristiaan Van de Velde. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Carlinhos Félix ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Carlinhos Félix got free with Kristiaan Van de Velde in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Robert Christoffersson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 15 minutes into the game, Robert Christoffersson recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Kristiaan Van de Velde. Robert Christoffersson showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. After 18 played minutes Here Comes the Hammer got a freekick which was hit by You Qing Wen. Charlie Godts hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Kristiaan Van de Velde showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlinhos Félix, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Edgard Armentier recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Here Comes the Hammer booed when de belletrekkers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gert Robijns didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kristiaan Van de Velde showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlinhos Félix in the 35th minute of the match. Kristiaan Van de Velde showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlinhos Félix, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. After a rather tough play, de belletrekkers's Georges-Philippe van Haghten got a free kick in the 38th minute. The supporters of Here Comes the Hammer booed when de belletrekkers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Charlie Godts didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kristiaan Van de Velde made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carlinhos Félix in the 40th minute. 42 minutes in the game Charlie Godts did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Remco Baekelandt. Here Comes the Hammer's Carlinhos Félix got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Here Comes the Hammer's Valter Klack proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save Here Comes the Hammer from getting a goal against them. 53 minutes into the game, Charlie Godts threw the ball into play from the sideline. Here Comes the Hammer's Tymoteusz Pilarczyk quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Here Comes the Hammer's attentive Tymoteusz Pilarczyk managed to snatch the ball when Charlie Godts made a throw-in in the 56th minute of the game. Charlie Godts made in the 59th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Gino Focquier however managed to control. 68 minutes into the game, Charlie Godts threw the ball into play from the sideline. Here Comes the Hammer's Tymoteusz Pilarczyk quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Here Comes the Hammer's Bukkus Bonk was substituted for Carlinhos Félix. Here Comes the Hammer's attack was well implemented in the 76th minute, but when Robert Christoffersson was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Here Comes the Hammer's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bukkus Bonk was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kristiaan Van de Velde made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robert Christoffersson in the 92nd minute of play. After some careless play in the de belletrekkers defense, Hasse Brasse kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kristiaan Van de Velde. The de belletrekkers fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kristiaan Van de Velde should have stopped the shot. Here Comes the Hammer's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
