In the 10th minute of the match, Paulino Frechoso tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Basilio Cordario saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Carlos Germano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raul Erramun in the 14th minute of the match. In the 19thth minute of the game Agustin Pacho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Anga FC's Basilio Cordario was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Basilio Cordario showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alvaro Ignatius in the 22nd minute of the match. Carlos Germano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Prudencio Mónos, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. The supporters of Club Atlético Atlanta booed when Anga FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomás Elija didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half Anga FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Goel Mahal to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Club Atlético Atlanta getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Alvaro Ignatius hit a great ball. When Goel Mahal came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Anga FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Goel Mahal couldn't finish the play. Carlos Germano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Raul Erramun in the 57th minute. After 65 played minutes Club Atlético Atlanta got a freekick which was hit by Gaston Joanes. In the 66th minute Goel Mahal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Germano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carlos Germano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Goel Mahal in the 68th minute of play. Carlos Germano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Julio Mingo in the 73rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Julio Mingo got free with Carlos Germano in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Anga FC played a much better game than Club Atlético Atlanta and deserved their victory. The Club Atlético Atlanta players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
