After a rather tough play, Sporting Buceo's Sengrat Vid got a free kick in the 44th minute. Olimpiu Târlea made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nardo Tuo in the 47th minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Petru Tărău stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Guillen Ubiña made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Codrin Dragalina in the 55th minute of play.
