An unexpectedly hard shot by Liam Bray in the 11th minute of play forced Fauna Utd's goalkeeper Radamel Hendrickx to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sacha Lilley got a throw-in 13 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Felipe Orzaize. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Liam Bray in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Radamel Hendrickx prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fauna Utd's 董文鹰 was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Martyon Diehl in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Jonathan Willetts kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Martyon Diehl was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from 董文鹰. Radamel Hendrickx made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felipe Orzaize in the 24th minute of play. The supporters of Fauna Utd booed when Astreix&ObelixSoccer was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sacha Lilley didn't get a good kick on the ball. Radamel Hendrickx took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Liam Bray, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sacha Lilley got a throw-in 34 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Jonathan Willetts. When Felipe Orzaize got free in front of the goal in the 41st minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Liam Bray to strike the kick off in the second half. Sacha Lilley's late challenge caught a Fauna Utd's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sacha Lilley helped the player get up and apologised. Sacha Lilley hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. 55 minutes into the game, Fauna Utd's Unai Sócrates nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Martyon Diehl made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Astreix&ObelixSoccer's Nat Firth was substituted for 박 태. Radamel Hendrickx stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dave Di Gregorio's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. 92 minutes into the match, Astreix&ObelixSoccer's goal looked a bit too open when Unai Sócrates came free, but Martyon Diehl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fauna Utd's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
