Maximiliano Iigo came out of the goal and Paulo Godoi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 11 minutes in the game Gilberto Loreto did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Israel Manuelo. LACELESTEYBLANCA's Eugenio Molina played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriel-Omar Batista in the 15th minute of play. Gabriel-Omar Batista fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugenio Molina having to interfere. Lei Feng Ying received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Eugenio Molina tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Glenn Sande came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the ★Independiente Ψ★ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Glenn Sande couldn't finish the play. After 26 played minutes LACELESTEYBLANCA got a freekick which was hit by Jorge Chico. Eugenio Molina dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 44th minute Lei Feng Ying shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eugenio Molina saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 45 minutes, Osvaldo Aureo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the LACELESTEYBLANCA and the ★Independiente Ψ★ players grew even worse after the yellow card. Osvaldo Aureo hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. After the first half ★Independiente Ψ★ were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Paulo Godoi might have been able to make a better finish in the 51st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Maximiliano Iigo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Paulo Godoi ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 51st minute Paulo Godoi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximiliano Iigo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 57 minutes into the game, ★Independiente Ψ★'s Gabriel-Omar Batista nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eugenio Molina made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. LACELESTEYBLANCA's Melquiades Belo managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Gilberto Loreto in the 59 minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lei Feng Ying in the 62nd minute of play forced LACELESTEYBLANCA's goalkeeper Eugenio Molina to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of LACELESTEYBLANCA booed when ★Independiente Ψ★ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lei Feng Ying didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 76th minute, Lei Feng Ying made a precise shot to the right of Eugenio Molina. LACELESTEYBLANCA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. A collision led to LACELESTEYBLANCA getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Isac Lucan hit a great ball. ★Independiente Ψ★'s Jairo Hotz shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 79th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Eugenio Molina but with some difficulty. Lei Feng Ying fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugenio Molina having to interfere. With a little luck, LACELESTEYBLANCA's Eugenio Molina got control of the ball when Gabriel-Omar Batista tried to sneak it across the goal line. Maximiliano Iigo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enzo Bot in the 87th minute of play. 89 minutes into the match, LACELESTEYBLANCA's goalkeeper Eugenio Molina had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Glenn Sande. After some careless play in the LACELESTEYBLANCA defense, Gabriel-Omar Batista kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eugenio Molina. The LACELESTEYBLANCA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eugenio Molina should have stopped the shot. The LACELESTEYBLANCA fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. ★Independiente Ψ★ were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
