When Georgica's Doru Hodorog in the 3rd minute got a chance for a shot 3rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye NK Bregana's goalie prevented a goal. Petre Nandriș hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Rade Stupičić's late challenge caught a Georgica's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rade Stupičić helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to NK Bregana getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Rade Stupičić hit a great ball. 20 minutes into the match, Georgica's Pavel Codreanu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Luka Vukadin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a little luck, Georgica's Manole Finteșteanu got control of the ball when Rade Stupičić tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Matej Ilinović had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Manole Finteșteanu was out of position in the 26 minute of play, and Njegoslav Fulir capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Njegoslav Fulir really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Doru Hodorog fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luka Vukadin having to interfere. Manole Finteșteanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Matej Ilinović, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Ilan Benčić fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored NK Bregana's protests and gave Ilan Benčić a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to NK Bregana getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Ilan Benčić hit a great ball. If Rade Stupičić had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 41 minutes into the game, Petre Nandriș was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Georgica's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave NK Bregana the free kick. Petre Nandriș kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Rade Stupičić fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manole Finteșteanu having to interfere. In the 47th minute, Georgica's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Ilan Benčić fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Dario Preskočil made the kick off in the second half. Manole Finteșteanu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matej Ilinović, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Dario Preskočil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 60th minute, Rade Stupičić hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Doru Hodorog who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 62ndth minute tested the skills of Luka Vukadin when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Manole Finteșteanu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dario Preskočil in the 64th minute of the match. The supporters of NK Bregana booed when Georgica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marius Pipirig didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 69 minutes of play, NK Bregana's Rade Stupičić made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Manole Finteșteanu was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Rade Stupičić in the 73rd minute of play forced Georgica's goalkeeper Manole Finteșteanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 85th minute Rade Stupičić shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manole Finteșteanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 90 minutes, Dario Preskočil managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. NK Bregana's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dario Preskočil was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Isac Rânceanu kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. In the 93rd minute of the match Branislav Maraković sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Manole Finteșteanu skillfully saved the ball. With his leg Luka Vukadin managed to avoid a goal in the 96thth minute, when Georgica's Doru Hodorog fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When the referee ended the match the NK Bregana players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
