The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Eusebiu Stolnicu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baiarte Villarruel, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. In the 6th minute, Cătălin Tarcea got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cordarin Moyeda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eusebiu Stolnicu having to interfere. A collision led to Chelsea A getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Mircea Spirache hit a great ball. Cordarin Moyeda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eusebiu Stolnicu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rufo Genova in the 18th minute of play. After 20 minutes of play, Sábados Felices's Cordarin Moyeda made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eusebiu Stolnicu was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Traian Vornicescu in the 23rd minute of play forced Sábados Felices's goalkeeper Etor Humara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cordarin Moyeda recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 25th minute, Haimar Divaichin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eusebiu Stolnicu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 28thth minute of the game Cordarin Moyeda who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chelsea A's Eusebiu Stolnicu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Cătălin Tarcea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 33rd minute, Traian Vornicescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 35 minutes into the game, Cordarin Moyeda cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Eusebiu Stolnicu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Eusebiu Stolnicu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cordarin Moyeda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half Sábados Felices were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Haimar Divaichin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sábados Felices's supporters rose to their feet, but Haimar Divaichin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eusebiu Stolnicu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Cordarin Moyeda came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Sábados Felices fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cordarin Moyeda couldn't finish the play. 58 minutes into the match, Cordarin Moyeda dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Eusebiu Stolnicu, 0-4. Cordarin Moyeda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Eusebiu Stolnicu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Cordarin Moyeda came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Sábados Felices fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cordarin Moyeda couldn't finish the play. Eusebiu Stolnicu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Haimar Divaichin's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. Cordarin Moyeda could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Eusebiu Stolnicu made a huge save. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Sábados Felices's goalkeeper Etor Humara, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 79th minute of the match, Haimar Divaichin tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Eusebiu Stolnicu saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. A collision led to Sábados Felices getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Baiarte Villarruel hit a great ball. Cătălin Tarcea might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Etor Humara. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cătălin Tarcea ran back to his position shaking his head. Etor Humara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Traian Vornicescu in the 86th minute of the match. 90 minutes into the match, Chelsea A's goalkeeper Eusebiu Stolnicu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cordarin Moyeda. Cordarin Moyeda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eusebiu Stolnicu having to interfere. Sábados Felices's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
