After 12 played minutes, Tullyrap Utd's Thurl Barrett shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Paul Albi came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Tullyrap Utd reached it. 13 minutes into the match, Justin McCready had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Paul Albi. FC JUSS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Justin McCready was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Gilbeirt Hamilton took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Paul Albi. Paul Albi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Bar McAlphie made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aivar Laane in the 19th minute. Paul Albi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilbeirt Hamilton, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. When Gilbeirt Hamilton came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Tullyrap Utd fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gilbeirt Hamilton couldn't finish the play. Paul Albi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Justin McCready in the 29th minute of play. With a little luck, Tullyrap Utd's Bar McAlphie got control of the ball when Aivar Laane tried to sneak it across the goal line. 34 minutes into the match, Tullyrap Utd's Justin McCready sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Paul Albi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tullyrap Utd's Bar McAlphie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jarmo Reeder in the 53rd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Austin Caffrey during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Paul Albi came out of the goal and Gilbeirt Hamilton tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
