After 2 minutes, Dorel Bucurescu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chelsea A and the Goldhausen FSV players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 3 played minutes Chelsea A got a freekick which was hit by Dorel Bucurescu. Francis Weiß sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cristi Orescu hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. In the 10thth minute of the game Francis Weiß who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chelsea A's Eusebiu Stolnicu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Heimito Schock came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Goldhausen FSV fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Heimito Schock couldn't finish the play. Francis Weiß succeeded in the game's 16th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. Goldhausen FSV's Heimito Schock got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eusebiu Stolnicu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Heimito Schock's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. Goldhausen FSV's Francis Weiß got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Heimito Schock in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eusebiu Stolnicu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 38th minute Traian Vornicescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Siegmund Buck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chelsea A were awarded a corner in the 40th minute after Goldhausen FSV's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Virgil Ghițescu took the corner. Chelsea A's Virgil Ghițescu was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Siegmund Buck in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Ben Mögle, 44 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 46th minute Heimito Schock shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eusebiu Stolnicu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 47thth minute of the game Francis Weiß who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chelsea A's Eusebiu Stolnicu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Traian Vornicescu was the one to do the kick off. If Francis Weiß had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 61 minutes, Mircea Spirache mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chelsea A and the Goldhausen FSV players grew even worse after the yellow card. After recieving a nice pass, Goldhausen FSV's Ben Mögle tried to score from far away in the 62nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 63rd minute, Heimito Schock ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eusebiu Stolnicu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Hartwig Allensbach hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Siegmund Buck showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Traian Vornicescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. 70 minutes into the game, Chelsea A's Cătălin Tarcea nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Siegmund Buck made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Heimito Schock got free with Eusebiu Stolnicu in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Goldhausen FSV's Francis Weiß got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Francis Weiß's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 80thth minute, Eusebiu Stolnicu skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Cătălin Tarcea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Siegmund Buck having to interfere. Heimito Schock took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eusebiu Stolnicu. Eusebiu Stolnicu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Heimito Schock fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eusebiu Stolnicu having to interfere. A collision led to Chelsea A getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Dorel Bucurescu hit a great ball. Chelsea A's Eusebiu Stolnicu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save Chelsea A from getting a goal against them.
