Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Francis Weiß in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Severo Rubio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Imanol Navarro took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Siegmund Buck to make any attempt to save it. After 20 played minutes Velez FC got a freekick which was hit by Aznaro Rossello. Per Radermacher kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. 25 minutes into the game, Heimito Schock cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Severo Rubio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Severo Rubio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Heimito Schock in the 28th minute of the match. Edgardo Solera was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 30th minute. Velez FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 34th minute, Francis Weiß ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Severo Rubio was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Edgardo Solera's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 40thth minute, Siegmund Buck skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Imanol Navarro couldn't finish the play.

Goldhausen FSV's Hartwig Allensbach suffered a sore knee after 51 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aznaro Rossello during the 51st minute. The supporters of Goldhausen FSV booed when Velez FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aznaro Rossello didn't get a good kick on the ball. Heimito Schock sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Goldhausen FSV walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
