After 19 minutes, Ilan Benčić mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the NK Bregana and the SK V.V.Dudar players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 19 played minutes NK Bregana got a freekick which was hit by Ilan Benčić. Hans Ülle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dario Preskočil in the 22nd minute of the match. Ilan Benčić struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Hans Ülle didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for NK Bregana. 27 minutes into the match, SK V.V.Dudar's goal looked a bit too open when Rade Stupičić came free, but Hans Ülle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 31 played minutes SK V.V.Dudar got a freekick which was hit by Arni Nurmeots. Rade Stupičić fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hans Ülle having to interfere. Sulev Hõbe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Luka Vukadin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 36 played minutes SK V.V.Dudar got a freekick which was hit by Kasimir Aav. Hans Ülle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dario Preskočil in the 39th minute of the match. Hans Ülle took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dario Preskočil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of NK Bregana booed when SK V.V.Dudar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Uudo Vertmann didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 56 minutes, Dario Preskočil took a quick shot and it went in 0-1 without a chance for Hans Ülle to make any attempt to save it. Rade Stupičić fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hans Ülle having to interfere. Illimar Lööper's late challenge caught a NK Bregana's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Illimar Lööper helped the player get up and apologised. Illimar Lööper hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. NK Bregana's Rade Stupičić got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice moves Rade Stupičić could shoot a difficult shot in the 71st minute, which Hans Ülle however easily saved by the left post. Hans Ülle didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 72nd minute, which inside left pole to 0-2. Ilan Benčić hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Sulev Hõbe blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Luka Vukadin having to make a save. Rade Stupičić blasted a shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hans Ülle having to make a save. Ladislav Žiha kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lennart Reeder in the 82nd minute of play forced NK Bregana's goalkeeper Luka Vukadin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Sulev Hõbe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the NK Bregana defense, Sulev Hõbe kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luka Vukadin. The NK Bregana fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luka Vukadin should have stopped the shot. NK Bregana's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
