Idacio Sánchez was slow to take the kick. During this time Ona Somrient FC's players had a chance to rest. Humberto Pacifico tried in the game's 24th match minute to clear up in front of his own goal but it went so bad that he put the ball into the goal to the left of an unhappy David Baur. An annoying self made goal, 2-0. In the 27th minute Ambrosio Ibañez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claude Erosa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kobe Bryant got free with David Baur in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in Kukombo FC's zone, Kobe Bryant stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. David Baur came out of the goal and Kobe Bryant tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 57th minute, Enzo Herrero ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. David Baur was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Kobe Bryant received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. David Baur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
