Dilan Bobet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rachid Borgès, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. In the 35th match minute, Chaponnay FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eduart Rrustemi to maneuver through the defense. Dilan Bobet was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rachid Borgès in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dilan Bobet saved Chaponnay FC from getting behind. 55 minutes had been played when some careless play by Chaponnay FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Rachid Borgès was slow to take the kick. During this time U21 France's players had a chance to rest. In the 62nd minute of the game Eduart Rrustemi made a throw-in which Kevan Brossier played forward. Dilan Bobet didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rachid Borgès went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Rachid Borgès's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 71stth minute, Dilan Bobet skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Quentin Charuel showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. 89 minutes into the match, U21 France's goal looked a bit too open when Charles-Emmanuel Castelli came free, but Danny Pasquier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Charles-Emmanuel Castelli in the 92nd minute of play forced U21 France's goalkeeper Danny Pasquier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle sounded U21 France left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Chaponnay FC.
