Martin Abadia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leo Pietro in the 7th minute. With his leg Martin Abadia managed to avoid a goal in the 14thth minute, when Freestylers's Leo Pietro fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 15th match minute, Los Piratas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gerasimos Tatoulis to maneuver through the defense. Matthias Büssinger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Martin Abadia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Los Piratas FC's Martin Abadia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Los Piratas FC from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Los Piratas FC getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Moises Luzea hit a great ball. Musa Bardakçı took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 22nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Martin Abadia. Los Piratas FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 36 minutes into the match, Los Piratas FC's goalkeeper Martin Abadia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leo Pietro. Martin Abadia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matthias Büssinger in the 38th minute of the match. After 39 minutes Los Piratas FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Musa Bardakçı who took care of the corner kick. The corner led to Freestylers's Björn Lachenicht getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Jorge Cervera hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match.

Freestylers's Mathias Abstreiter was substituted for Simon John. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Matthias Büssinger to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Freestylers's Yuan Lei Jing got control of the ball when Jorge Cervera tried to sneak it across the goal line. Moises Luzea might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Yuan Lei Jing. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Moises Luzea ran back to his position shaking his head. Martin Abadia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leo Pietro in the 59th minute of play. 61 minutes into the match, Freestylers's goalkeeper Yuan Lei Jing had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jorge Cervera. In the 62nd minute Leo Pietro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martin Abadia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Yuan Lei Jing made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Candido Ospin in the 67th minute of play. In the 69th minute, Matthias Büssinger made a precise shot to the right of Martin Abadia. Los Piratas FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Candido Ospin got free with Yuan Lei Jing in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match had gone on for 78 minutes, Candido Ospin took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Yuan Lei Jing to make any attempt to save it. Freestylers made a substitution. Aytuğ Ergüden replaced Musa Bardakçı. After 82 played minutes Los Piratas FC got a freekick which was hit by Herald Roockeloes. When German Evarado came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Freestylers fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that German Evarado couldn't finish the play. German Evarado scored 2-1 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Martin Abadia, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind Freestylers's goalkeeper Yuan Lei Jing, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. German Evarado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 92 minutes into the match, Los Piratas FC's goal looked a bit too open when German Evarado came free, but Martin Abadia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling German Evarado in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Martin Abadia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Freestylers players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
