Lénárd Kósa showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Nike Cavia had several of the Inter de Chillán's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 7 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Anton Björnberg as he didn't even see the shot coming. Anton Björnberg made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Nike Cavia sent off a good shot on target. Anton Björnberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Iwan Karanowski in the 13th minute. In the 23rd minute Szittyák SE rege were awarded a corner. Milán Seres went to the cornerflag to take it. Vatan Enfal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reynaldo Jaume having to interfere. Inter de Chillán's Anton Björnberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Inter de Chillán from getting a goal against them. In the 33rd match minute, Szittyák SE rege was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lénárd Kósa to maneuver through the defense. Reynaldo Jaume showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tobías Izamit, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Anton Björnberg made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Nike Cavia sent off a good shot on target. Anton Björnberg stood somewhat misplaced when Nike Cavia came free in front of goal and shot 3-0 to the left of him in the 37 minute. Reynaldo Jaume didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vatan Enfal went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Anton Björnberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lénárd Kósa in the 44th minute of play. When Alfonso Sotta fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Inter de Chillán's protests and gave Alfonso Sotta a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Inter de Chillán getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Alfonso Sotta hit a great ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vatan Enfal stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With an all-out effort, Inter de Chillán's Reynaldo Jaume threw himself towards the right post 51 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Samuel Abel, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 53rd match minute, Szittyák SE rege was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Doctor Csizmadia to maneuver through the defense. Szittyák SE rege made a substitution. László Gácsi replaced Nike Cavia. After 64 minutes of play, Szittyák SE rege's Iwan Karanowski made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Anton Björnberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rex Fynn fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anton Björnberg having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Samuel Abel in the 71st minute of play forced Szittyák SE rege's goalkeeper Reynaldo Jaume to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lénárd Kósa in the 72nd minute of play forced Inter de Chillán's goalkeeper Anton Björnberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 75th minute Rex Fynn shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anton Björnberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florencio Jax in the 83rd minute of play forced Szittyák SE rege's goalkeeper Reynaldo Jaume to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 84 minutes had been played when some careless play by Szittyák SE rege's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Tobías Izamit was slow to take the kick. During this time Inter de Chillán's players had a chance to rest. Tobías Izamit made a great header on Inter de Chillán's corner, it was just that Szittyák SE rege's Reynaldo Jaume managed to reach the ball for a save. Szittyák SE rege's Reynaldo Jaume proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Szittyák SE rege from getting a goal against them. The Szittyák SE rege fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-2. Inter de Chillán's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
