Mohamed Ben Ahmed Hamruche's late challenge caught a PREZULO FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After 37 played minutes, VfB Stuttgart's Ivan Zafirov shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Isaac Ferreira came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in VfB Stuttgart reached it. 39 minutes into the game, PREZULO FC's Turgut Soyuer nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mantas Plingis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. 41 minutes into the match, Turgut Soyuer notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of VfB Stuttgart's Mantas Plingis. Mantas Plingis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Mantas Plingis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Turgut Soyuer, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. In the 61st minute, Turgut Soyuer made a precise shot to the right of Mantas Plingis. VfB Stuttgart's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. When the match clock showed 64 minutes, the score became 7-0 when Turgut Soyuer sped through VfB Stuttgart's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Mantas Plingis. The corner led PREZULO FC's Ferhat Sertuğ to fire away a dangerous shot which Mantas Plingis despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mari Balotelli in the 99th minute of play forced VfB Stuttgart's goalkeeper Mantas Plingis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. PREZULO FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
