Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Guntademaro Goyenechea made the kick off which started today's match. Pepe Pancho made an important save on a dangerous shot by Renato Goycolea in the 3rd minute. After 4 played minutes Challestone S.C. got a freekick which was hit by Zayvion Coro. A sloppy throw-in by Yan Yuan in the 22nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by General Velásquez's Johny De Raeijmaecker. Gregorio Mel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Henry Tucknott read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. Guntademaro Goyenechea's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Pepe Pancho firmly grabbed it by the left post. 32 minutes into the match, Challestone S.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Renato Goycolea came free, but Pepe Pancho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 36th minute, Renato Goycolea made a precise shot to the right of Pepe Pancho. Challestone S.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. In the 42nd minute, Gregorio Mel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Henry Tucknott was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. If Renato Goycolea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mark Ambjörnsson to make the kick off. General Velásquez's Henry Tucknott proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save General Velásquez from getting a goal against them. Challestone S.C.'s Pepe Pancho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Renato Goycolea in the 54th minute of play. In the 59th minute, Mark Ambjörnsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Pepe Pancho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Renato Goycolea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alex Capone could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Henry Tucknott made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mark Ambjörnsson in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Henry Tucknott prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Walmir Tasso kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. 75 minutes into the match, Challestone S.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Johny De Raeijmaecker came free, but Pepe Pancho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Challestone S.C.'s Mark Ambjörnsson in the 81st minute got a chance for a shot 81st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye General Velásquez's goalie prevented a goal. Pepe Pancho came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by General Velásquez's Renato Goycolea. But to his dismay, Renato Goycolea quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-4. General Velásquez's Apolo Irigoyen was substituted for Guntademaro Goyenechea. Pepe Pancho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Renato Goycolea, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. The Challestone S.C. supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Challestone S.C. would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
